Filing a notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. The exact URL of the material on our site.
4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notices

If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the removed material's location and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringement

We remove material that is the subject of valid notices and act promptly on repeated claims.
